So in the Google Chrome address bar I can normally type Boards.ie and a search term, but lately this is happening...

This isn't a Chrome thing, that URL does return a 404:

    curl -I "http://www.boards.ie/search/?q=after+hours"
    HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found
    X-Powered-By: PHP/5.3.6-13ubuntu3.8
    Content-Type: text/html; charset=utf-8
    Vary: Content-Type, Content-Encoding
    Server: lighttpd/1.4.28
    X-Varnish-Cacheable: Yes
    Content-Length: 6014
    Date: Tue, 14 Aug 2012 10:02:00 GMT
    X-Varnish: 1495876835
    Age: 0
    Via: 1.1 varnish
    Connection: keep-alive
    X-Varnish-Cache-Result: Miss

I'll take a guess you're talking about Chrome's OpenSearch integration.

We made some updates to the URL structure for search submissions recently, perhaps you've an old cached version of our definition:

    http://b-static.net/opensearch.xml

Hit that link and give it a hard refresh and that should hopefully sort the issue.

Let me know if you've any problems.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor. You may navigate to these using the arrow keys inside of the editor and delete them with the delete or backspace key.
