Good pubs in Surry Hills

    Hey guys, heading for dinner, then drinks in Surry Hills at the weekend, first time there. Anyone have any recommendations about good pubs in the area??

    Loads of them a few with real Ale too .Converted Farmhouses .Hampshire is nicer still .

    some great pubs around Surry hills -
    check out http://www.au.timeout.com/sydney/bars/features/10831/bars-in-surry-hills
    but Porterhouse and Trinity are good for a Pint and a natter
    more upmarket bars like 'the winery'
    The clock, dolphin along crown are good.
    Other bars that have been recently done up are the foresters, the excelsior and The Norfolk - all cool bars
    If you love a beer The local taphouse is good too.
    Late night, the flinders inn is open till 5am
