In Lidl Sat 18th only, 2 for €1.50, seems good value!

Love this deal. Comes around maybe twice a year. I shall be stocking up.

The only problem, I find, is that I cannot drink it all night. Just gets too heavy or something. delicious for starting the night though :)

There is usually a deal on the Franziskaner around Octoberfest too.

I'm still working through the last Franziskaner deal of a month or so ago. Be hard not to pick up a crate of this at that price..

similar style havnt had paulener since i was in germany .. mainly due to franziskaner and grafenwalder... unless you are very very picky this is well worth the few cent.,
    I will be stocking up.

cool, ah yeah I'm not too fussy about beer..

    I do like franziskaner too..

Have never drank a weissbier in a can i thought it only came I'm bottles..

I'll pick up a 12 pack, might even have a sneaky one earlyish on sat and go straight back down if I really like it.. Hopefully i do it would be perfect as the football is starting back sat :)

I also like erdinger I seen another thread on here when it was last on sale and a few were saying it's the same so sounds promising :)

You can find this beer in German Lidls for about 35c - I don't think its appreciated too much over there. I'd sooner take Franziskaner or Paulaner, but in terms of price, its pretty good by Irish standards.
