i've been using last mile since they first came out, never had any major issues with them i would guess i have been left with no broadband for a total of 6 days over the course of being with them (at least 6/7 years) i was getting free bb for the first 18 months while the system was being tested, the service is adequate, the speeds are not great tbh but it depends on what you need.i am very close to a base station also. i would prefer faster up/down speed but as a wireless provider they are ok imo

i am on a 2mb plan, i am going to upgrade to their (upto 8mb) i was chatting them today they told me everyone that has taken the (upto 8mb) is getting a minimum of 4 at max usage and between 4&6 at other times, though i wont know that for sure till i upgrade,so if you do get it and go for the 8mb let me know what you are getting.
I should point out i am fairly rural and several miles from an eircom exchange and i am getting dbl the speed of my neighbour who is with eircom.
    hope that helps.

oh yeah 7 mins to answer the phone they took and no discount on the 149installation (apparantely need newer equipment) even though ive been a customer for donkeys years, (we only took over last mile a year ago was what they said) so i would say i am not impressed with their so called customer service.
