    Hi all,

As the above says I am looking to change from my mountain bike to something more suitable. I cycle to work everyday it's only about 16 miles round trip but I would like to do it faster, I am also taking part in charity cycles shortly. I am open to pretty much anything suitable, I do like the cyclocross set up. Looking at in and around the €350 mark but am flexible. Please note I am out of the country until this day week. I am based in Dublin.

Looks good, what exactly is the rear pin of the saddle?

    ANXIOUS,

The rear pin of the saddle helps to hold the seat post in place, at the moment it is at its max and has not moved, given your height it should be fine.

Does it need to be replaced before it can be used? What is you'd best price?

It can be replaced but at the moment its is not required, it has been missing for about 5 years, a new one will cost approx. €5-10 max.

Best price how about €280 for the lot including the shoes, i can give you a set of used cleats for the shoes also.
