    Do you have this and if so, would you recommend and does it cost much after tax etc?

    I'd be more inclined to set up a savings plan or similar.Try to get independent financial help. Cornmarket are pushy in the extreme and have tried to see people stuff they don't need/want.

    I wouldn't be without it. It costs approx 21.45 per fortnight on my payslip.
    I know of a few cases where teachers have needed their income continuance.

    I'd agree. About Cornmarket. Hard sell on everything, there is a good independent broker in Dublin psra or something I'll look for their card. Got good advice and no pushiness. Am thinking of income protection myself
