    Hi all
    is there a chart to work out what the different age groups are for adult running? is it senior master? thanks

    V1 - M35 (age 35 - 39 on day of competition)
    V2 - M40
    V3 - M45 etc

    AAI Masters this weekend - are you entered?

    Is there cats from 18-35? And I take it same for males as females
