Shanowen Halls Password

I got accepted to Shanowen Halls, but the licence agreement says I need a password to open it. Do I use my DCU password or should I send away for it?

oh apologies, I assume this is an online license agreement contained in an e-mail from Shanowen? never needed any specific password to open mails from Halls when I was there as far as I can remember. DCU password wouldn't help in this case. I'd recommend dropping by the Halls office or to shoot them an e-mail asking for assistance!

I can open the email fine, but not any of the attachments. I sent them an email so will see what they say.

I could open mine but the first email I couldn't open the attachments. They sent another email with the license agreement attached and that opened fine
