problems with Norton Antivirus 2012?

    I had norton antivirus on my laptop for past year, subscription was out of date yesterday. went on earlier and bought update on norton site for €40

    went through the download but for some reason when i click on the norton icon on desktop it tells me my computer is at risk. when i sign into norton site it tells me i have bought the product but its not installed

    i've gone through the process twice and thought i'd installed it. Yet when i sign out and back in it still tells me i've not installed it.


    Any ideas whats wrong?

    the problem is you bought norton. try get a refund and pocket €40. MSE is far better and free.
