So, last year I bought Kaspersky lab 2011 with a free upgrade to 2012 from play.com. My license is due to expire in 5 days and I have NO idea how to do the upgrade I tried the license code in the box but it says that is already in use and I have no other codes to try.

Just wondering if anyone else has bought this and upgraded successfully and can shed some light on this for me....?
