    Hi all,
    Two problems with my PC: Switch on, have a choice of two Windows, one loads fine, logos, text etc. normal size, won't play video (youtube etc.) McAfee is installed and scans normally. If I choose the other Windows, loading is very slow, constant disc activity, keeps telling me there's an error, send to Microsoft etc., logos and text are half normal size. Can I delete this Windows and how? Tried to run a scan - won't. Any help much appreciated.

    What version of Windows is it? Sounds to me like you have one corrupted version of Windows installed (the one that keeps throwing errors) and then another version with a youtube issue (to possibly solve the youtube issue if you have real player installed uninstall it, if it doesn't write back here).
