squeaking noise under my car

    When driving and turn the wheel slightly to the right, there's a squeaking noise coming from under the car on the front passenger side. Now unless there's a hamster down there then I know something isn't right.
    Please tell me it's going to be something simple and I don't have to worry too much.

    Bushes need greasing most likely or if it sounds like a stick being beaten around inside a barrel possibly a cv joint, my money is on the bushes
