Hi everyone,

so roughly 2-3 weeks ago I got an iPhone 4s with three.
My problem is, that the 3G hardly ever works. Even if I have perfect three network coverage my 3G isn't working.

My husband has a work Blackberry on the O2 network and his always works.

I don't know anyone else on three and I am wondering if this is a general problem with three? Is it a known iPhone issue? Or did I get a particularly bad phone?

I already tried taking the sim out and back in again.

I am desperate at this stage! I don't really want to call the three customer service again because I have the hardest time understanding these people on the phone.

Help!
