    Hi,

I've been offered a place on the Masters in Engineering Science (Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing, Process, and Automation Systems) program for the coming year. Just wondering if any recent graduates could offer any advice or useful information on the course.

I know you chose 10 modules from the list but is it possible to choose any modules you like or are there certain restrictions? Also, for the research projects (preliminary and minor), are topics/supervisors predefined or do you propose your own topic?

What sort of positions or companies do graduates tend to end up in having completed the course? I'm interested in manufacturing/operations management and design preferably in the automotive or biomedical industry but I'm open to other options also (and I'm definitely not confined to Ireland in terms of job opportunities!).

Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hi, I know this post is almost 2 years old but just wondering did you end up doing this masters? Half thinking of doing it myself so would be interested to hear how it was!
