    Family and friends.

Do you know anyone who owns or manages a shop/pub/chipper/etc.?

    Are you sure? :)

Ask your parents and your friend's parents; they might know someone.

Make a list of everyone you know, or who your parents know well enough to ask on your behalf.

    Write down what they do.

Work out the ones who work somewhere that you think you might like to work.

Ask them to recommend you. (They don't need to be the boss, they just need to recommend you to their boss.)
