    Just a query,
have 4 month old bike with 10 speed Tiagra 50/34 chainrings, bike is after nice bit of use 6 100 mile plus sportives, and regular training of about 150 miles/week.
A conservative guess of 2000 miles since new.
Pretty good on not cross chaining and always keep drive train clean and lubed, but to my eye big chainring looks very pointed compared to smaller one.
    Is large ring worn?
    Running original chain and cassette

Defo fine. I got five years out my Ultegra chainrings with very heavy usage.

No thats fine, little or no wear on that. They are like that straight out of the box.

That's for the replies lads, no running like a clock no skipping, just cleaning it after my early morning spin(3 hrs without a car) and it just occurred to me they looked pointed.
A stitch in time and all that.
    Thanks again for informed replies
