Just wondering if any other cyclists take classes in the above and if so do you think it is beneficial for cycling. I am thinking of signing up for an number of classes in it in the hope that it benefits the cycling i.e builds up the core and strength in the lower body.

Dinny Collins does these classes. He's out on Swords Sat am spin sometimes and he was telling me they're great for core strength. He did a few ironmans so they can't be bad.

I've done them for years. Great for core and quad strength.
