Computer/trojan Virus

When I search in Google the results come up as expected. But when I select a result I get redirected to some different site. The other site isn't malicious (that I can tell) just adverts etc. Also a random adverts window opens up as well. How can I clear this? I have AVG, just downloaded Chrome/IE9 and anti Malaware. Still…
