    Hey All
My Work Place ie getting involved my my personal life outside of hours , and i am wondering if i have any recourse ,

They are Frequently finding stuff about me Family,Personal life etc (which i do not bring in
    to the workplace myself)
and are telling people in my office etc.

They also are also blaming me on a number of things because i do not "Do Anything" on my days off???? EG: well if he does not do anything we might as well blame him on something in here.

when i confront my co workers they try and just give ma a simple answer to it like "well were just asking , were just telling people etc (which they are but it is highly patronising

i have said it to my boss , but he does`nt seem interested.

    what can i do?

Thats not very clear. You're co-workers are spreading rumours about you and blaming you for things on your days off?

If you feel you are being bullied and the informal route isn't working with either your co-workers or boss - I would suggest taking the formal route though your grievance procedure.

This isn't legal advice its just advice from the point of view of having been a line manager. Can't give legal advise - even if I had some to give - ref charter.
