What can I do if my husband wont bring my children home at the agreed time? He has court ordered access.

Go back to court and inform the judge.

Keep a note of the times and dates etc and then unfortunately you'll have to go back to your solicitor. Hopefully a letter will sort the matter out without the expense of going back to Court!
