    Just wondering if anyone has done this before working from home for Amazon.
    would i be correct in thinking it is a customer support role , any idea what the pay or shift arrangement is like

    You start on about 10euro an hour. Can be working anyday (including Xmas day) and working from 7.45am until 9pm at nite. Shifts change every month (which I hated). Be prepared to work under a supervisor who is much younger than you are. Training is good (lasts about 4 weeks) and staff are nice but job is quite demanding. Everything you do is monitored. All calls are recorded. Toilet breaks etc. timed. Very strict on being out sick etc. You are awarded disciplinary points. Phone never stops and customers can be very hard work. I did it for a few months from home but it did my head in. Would suit people who have the patience of a saint. Certainly wasn't for the more sensitive individual like myself. Best of luck with it.
