Can anyone help with a washing machine problem please? I have a Zanussi Jetstream 1200 and lately it's stopping during the draining phase showing error code E20. I have cleaned the filter but still getting the error.
We had to get our hot water cylinder changed recently so our water supply has been turned off etc a couple of times.

E20 is the engineer code for a family of codes
you have to access the diagnostics programme to get the specific code
    here they are

    E21

Drain hose kinked/blocked/incorrectly positioned; drain filter

blocked/dirty; drain pump faulty; wiring faulty; PCB faulty; current

leakage from heating element to ground.

    Cycle paused. Start

Thanks for that, it seems that the machine doesn't like certain settings so we're avoiding them for now!!
