Buying silicone grease in a bricks and mortar shop today

Hi, I'm hoping to replace the lnb on our dish this afternoon and having read up on it a bit, putting silicone grease on the connectors seems to be the way to go. Is there anywhere I can buy it today so I don't have to wait for it to be delivered? Thanks.

Some motor factors factors stock tubes of it if you can't find it anywhere else and theres one local to you.
