Right, im only starting the online application now ( a big mistake on my part I know ) but I didnt think they would ask so many detailed questions that you need documents for to even find out the answer too! I thought as the online application was just the first stage,it would be basic questions! Im just wondering, how much trouble am I in? Im half way through filling out the online application which is stalled now waiting for documents to find out my and parents earnings for 2011! I know the closing date is 31 of august but i cant help needing the documents to know the answers so if Im delayed and dont finish the online app. on time, will i be totally disqualified from applying for the grant and fee payment??!! Im bricking it.

Just apply for the documents right away, you'll be fine. People often apply late for the grant, but I doubt your application will be late. Shouldn't take you too long to get your documents together & get the info. Don't stress!

As above, apply for your documents as soon as possible. I had to get a social welfare document which took around four or five days and also contact the revenue and that only took two or three days. Once you have the figures you can pop them in and finish the application. You still have time, so just make sure get the documents and figures as soon as possible.

Thanks feel better now :) I got through to the susi helpline and the man
told me to literally just put down any number for the reckonable income
section! and amend later once the application is in! I wish they said this in
    the notes for this year.
