[Wanted] House mate at UCD/south Dublin area for 2012/13 year

Hi my name is Chris, myself and my friend Tom are looking for a 3rd/4th house mate to rent a house with, in the UCD area, for the upcoming year. We are second year students in UCD. We are looking to pay between €400-€500 (ideally just €400) per person, per month and hope potential house mates have a similar bracket.

If interested please reply A.S.A.P. as we have already began house hunting and would like to have something at least half organised before CAO offers come out.

P.S. We're nice people, even if Tom is English and wears silly shoes.

I'm interested but going to DIT so if ye're looking around Ranelagh area or somewhere between town and UCD I wouldn't mind.

I'm going into 1st year doing creative industries, I was in Maynooth last year in 1st year last year bur dropped out because I didn't like the course.

Let me know and I'll pm you my number to see if we're any way compatible.
Ideally I'd like a double room in the same price range as you're looking for.
