Man with Van - Handy Job

Can anybody recommend a Man with Van with reasonable rates. Have to collect a couch from Harvey Norman warehouse in Lackenwood and transfer it to a house facing the warehouse in Lackenwood.
Also have to drive the two couches and a few boxes that we are clearing out out to the friends of the earth place on the 6 cross roads. At most id say it would take an hour the job.
Let me know if theres anybody you can recommend, couch is a big L shape one so the van has to be big enough as the boxes are big with the packaging and what not.
