50th Anniversary Cortina - Roadtrip

09-08-2012 10:18pm#1On the way to Stratford upon Avon, for the mark 1 cortina national this weekend. Special 3 day event for the 50th anniversary.
Travelling in my 1964 mark 1 super and the "Land of the rising sun" as the team car.....
Leg 1: 6am start - Home to Dublin Port for the Holyhead ferry.
Fuel filled up to brim in enfield.
45 miles into Dublin port.
Leg 2: Holyhead to Birmingham
270 miles in one go. A55 to M6.
Steaming hot day ---- great fun in a pre airflow with vinyl seats
Leg 3: Birmingham to Stratford via Coventry
Stopped at Coventry Motor Museum - great place.....
