    Hi all,

I just found out that I have a stress fracture on my tibia. I have not run for a few weeks and now on crutches with no weight bearing for two more.

I am not looking for any medical advice just wondering if anyone had a stress fracture here before and what were your experiences.

    Thanks.

Waiting to get myself diagnosed tomorrow myself with what I suspect is the a reaction or fracture. Been hitting the pool and the bike to keep myself fit but have been off running pretty much since I felt it get bad

Put it down to my own stupidity of ramping up mileage to quickly after nearly two months of sub par training
