I believe Martin Heaney's in Parnell Street used to have a rental service, I'm not sure if it is still something they are involved in. It might be worth giving them a call.

There's a guy in miltown Malbay. I dunno if any guys rent out LCD or plasma tvs due to their high value and lower life expectancy.

The likes of survey Norman does finance on tvs
