    Hi

Can anyone give me a link to a useful and easy to use program that will show me how much i download? I have googled it but the ones i found were not working, if anyone could send me a link to one they are using that is working, I would be grateful.

Most modern routers would have a traffic monitor built in. Log in and see if yours has one and switch it on.
