You will have to call them. You cannot change your registration number online.

Was there a phone number on the eflow website?

    1890 50 10 50.

They'll assign the new registration to your eflow tag.

Log into your account and go to update vehicle add the new vehicle.

You can also remove your old car.

Yes you can. Under the "My Account" bit you can use the "Update Vehicle(s)" section to change the associated reg number.

That's how it looks - I thought this too. All this will do is add a second registration and issue you with a second tag.

If you want to assign a different registration to an existing tag you will have to call them. This is what eflow told me when I attempted to change registration details on the site and it wouldn't let me. One account can have many tags and yes you can add and remove registrations but each registration will require a separate tag. What the OP needs to do is change the reg assigned to his existing tag. Don't forget to ask them for a new mounting thingy too!

    Hi all,

As crosstownk has explained, the "Update Vehicle(s)" section on the eFlow website account management facility is only for adding and removing vehicles. Any vehicle removed will deactivate the tag associated with it and any new vehicle added will automatically order you a new tag.

If you wish to keep the same tag but change the vehicle on your account, you must either contact us by phone on 1890 50 10 50 or submit a web query online on www.eflow.ie, including all vehicle details (such as make, model, colour and owner of the vehicle etc.).

If you have any other questions, just ask or create a thread in the eFlow Talk To forum.

    Regards,
    Keith

    Hi OSI,

That has always been standard procedure with eFlow to ensure seamless transition of tags between vehicles :)
