Survey on social activities of teenagers

    Hi everybody,

    I am currently undertaking a Masters in Journalism and one section relates to teenagers and social activity (such as social media usage, participation in clubs, smoking/drinking, influences). If you could take just 5 minutes to complete the survey, your contribution will be really appreciated.
    I understand that some of the questions might be of a sensitive nature and I stress that the survey is 100% confidential and nobody but you will know what answers you provided. Also, if for any reason you may wish to skip a question, that is OK.
    There is one limitation - it is intended for teenagers, hence why the age option goes from 13 to 19. Also, the survey will close on 18 August as results need to be gathered and analysed before the Masters deadline.

Rich Text Editor. To edit a paragraph's style, hit tab to get to the paragraph menu. From there you will be able to pick one style. Nothing defaults to paragraph. An inline formatting menu will show up when you select text. Hit tab to get into that menu. Some elements, such as rich link embeds, images, loading indicators, and error messages may get inserted into the editor.
