I'm looking for new tyres for a peugot 5008, I drive about 20k a year city/motorway/rural and looking for something good thats not bottom of the barrel budget but not the top price either, value for money really. Have rang a few places and been recommended Avon @ 125 all in and hancock @ 140 all in. Any advice or opinions on these or other options please. thanks in advance

What size are you looking for?

I'll make my standard recommendation in these cases, which is the Uniroyal Rainsport 2. Good dry weather grip, and the best I've come across in the wet, which lets face it, is most of the time here.

    215-50-17 95w

amywhere in dublin stock them? thanks

    Where you based?

I was in Dave McCann (Blanchardstown Dublin) a few weeks back. A guy walked in looking for tyres for his 5008. Was quoted 125 for Hankooks

    He'd 17inch alloys I think

I recently got them on the front of the father's Auris, they're fine for the money.
