You have to go through fatcheese

I have nothing to do with fatcheese other than being a member or dell, just got an email

Same as. I bought one in January and got nothing back. Claim still open also and they just seem to ignore it.

Did you use an additional discount code sweetie when buying your Dell? I did so think it may be that if you use a normal discount code you can't use the fatcheese.

10% discount code in this thread: http://www.boards.ie/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=2056722116

Do a search on Boards about problems with Fatcheese.

IMHO, you should never purchase something assuming that you will get a rebate from Fatcheese. Any money from FC should be looked at as a bonus - not an integral part of the price.

I have over €100 of outstanding claims with them, some of which are going back over a year. They do not respond to tickets or claims in my experience.

Fat cheese or fat chance? My only time dealing with them it took forever to get something back. No response to any emails. I wouldn't use them again.

If you're buying something, don't take into account the cashback from FatCheese as it is likely you won't see it.

Bought from dell earlier this year and got cash back through fat cheese, sometimes you wait a while for the cash to come through but ordered many times through them and always got paid out...

Never once had a problem with Fatcheese and have received many hundreds of Euro from them problem free.

Just got 20 quid back from a Dell I bought in January. Should have been 10% but they applied 3% which is what they have for dell on the site now
