    As above: large room available 4th Sept in quiet house in Rialto. Good transport links by bus (17, 122, 68, 123) to Griffith College, UCD etc. and tram (Red Line) to city centre, Tallaght, etc. Adjacent to St James Hospital and Children's Hospital.

    Sharing with owner/occupier. Two bathrooms. Share kitchen & living room. €400.00 pm.

    Would suit post-grad or Erasmus student.
