Imagine WIMAX - quality of the service

I have Wimax 7MB connection from Imagine for about 10 months. Last past 5 months my upload speed drops below 100kbps. Very often my upload is less than 40kbps and download less than 2mbps!!! I have been dealing with the Wimax support since february, but they still can't fix it. Does anybody has same problem??
