These Stanley Fatmax are supposed to be good, and have double the weight capacity you need. I think they're in B&Q for €60 and then these Irish online retailers have them for less.

Can I ask what you need sawhorses with that weight capacity for? Maybe trestles would suit better depending on your needs.

Those fatmax's are interesting. Hadn't seen them before, only problem is they seem a bit high, forgot to mention I need the horses to be about .6 meter(25inches) high or thereabouts.

I had considered trestles, do they come at that height?

Can't say exactly but it would be to protect against a load of no more then 200kg falling on occasion from a small height (couple of inches) above the sawhorses/trestles. Mostly precautionary over anything else.

Do they have to be light for transport then or could ya make them out of 3*2/4*2?
If you need them light then maybe something like these would be useful

I'd say a good set of work platforms would hold that weight fine, and I know you can get these with a height of 600mm. You should be able to get them in B&Q or Woodies for about €60-€80 each.

    Thanks Stephen.
    Weight isn't a factor and I won't make them out of wood,I want/need metal.

Only problem with those is they are fairly bulky(width).
I did some more research on trestles and I'm beginning to think this is what I need.

It's metal, rated to 450KG, the correct height (Size 1),less bulky then those platforms and much cheaper as well.
    Any problems I'm overlooking?

I cant' really find anyone online in Ireland selling them new but
I presume any scaffolding suppliers would stock these?
