BIG BIKES FOR TALL GUYS

My dad is 6ft 6inch pretty tall and he is interested in getting a mountain bike ,he is very fussey about the size,he wants what he says the biggest frame etc possible what shop will he find a decent bike in to suit his height and how muuch can he expect to pay,he doesent want a racer or anything fancy . all help…
