Water pressure problem in Portobello?

Anyone else experiencing water pressure problems this afternoon in the Portobello area? I'm in the part close to Leonard's Corner. I tried repressurising the boiler but can't hear anything coming in from the mains. This means no water upstairs - where the only bathroom is! Help!
