Hi just looking for peoples advice here. We are thinking of going to Boston (3/4 nights) then on to San francisco (3/4 nights) then on to Hawaii (7-10 nights) for our honeymoon. Was wondering is it better to do this type of holiday through a travel agent or would it be better to try do it ourselves on the net? Also has anyone done anything similar for their honeymoon?

When we went we did San Fran (4), Hawaii (10) and Vegas (3), you have no idea until you do it how far away Hawaii is, my advice would be to have a stop over on the way back, that way you won't be travelling for what seems like a full day and be absolutely exhausted, why not come back via Boston and blow whatever funds you have there.

I'm also a complete geek and try to get everything cheaper online myself, but I couldn't get cheaper than goho.iep, they were also able to tailor the trip for us to suit our needs, I couldn't recommend them enough.

So you think it would be better to go to San Fran first then onto Hawaii then do Boston on the way back? What was Hawaii like? Don't know anyone who has been :)

I was in Hawaii on my honeymoon 5 years ago and loved it.

We did 2 nights New York and 3 nights Vegas on the way and 8 nights in Hawaii.
It was a very long trip back but I personally would do it that way again.
Hawaii was the relaxing part of the trip and when that was over I was happy just going home.
