Need a strap pin

Hi, The gap between the 'arms' on my watch is 22mm, what overall length of strap pin suits this and where should I get one? My strap is pretty knackered too on my seiko, so I might want to get a seiko made replacement at the same time. Thanks!

Have a look in the watch resources sticky at the top of the forum - there's a link to a list of places to buy watch straps online.

Anywhere you buy a strap from will also sell you a pair of spring bars, some will even give them to you for free.
