Bluetooth Phone and iPhone System

Looking at getting a bluetooth kit put in the car for calls and to play music from the iPhone. Seen this one on Amazon for around €110. The Parrot Mki9200. Same one looks to be €179.99 on Halfords so seems a good price. Don't have any experience with them but no someobody that can fit it for me. Just wondering if there are…
