    Is there a new address I can contact them on?

    the CWO is no longer under the HSE and had moved to under the dept of social protection so I would think that maybe the email address had changed????

    Have you tried going to one of the clinics for your area?
    I always find that quicker than waiting for phonecalls or emails/letters etc to be replied to.
