Help calculating a Coefficient of Variation

I have a question about The Coefficient of Variation.

I have 7000 observations from a Stratified random Sample, along with matching Weights.
I calculated the CV using the SAS ProcSurveyMeans procedure.
However, I need to check the final result.

I wanted to go through each of the steps involved, using Excel to calculate this Statistic.
Is this possible? The sample is broken up into Strata and Clusters as well as having associated weights.
Do I also have to smooth out the data in Excel ( Taylor Linearization ) as part of the process?

    Thanks in advance,
    Gearóid
