Its a 03 focus saloon and its this bush http://www.ebay.ie/itm/FORD-FOCUS-MK1-REAR-SUSPENSION-TRAILING-ARM-BUSH-FRONT-/230476113409?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item35a9726601#ht_2372wt_1271

If your supplying the parts then you should be looking at no more then an hour for both sides if the garage has the correct tool for removing them.

That's just for the above bushes, not whatever other ones are needed.

Yeah my friend mechanic doesn't have the tool to remove them and said expensive to buy so said to find a garage who already has tool. would it be best to do them all at the same time,as they probably all could do with being renewed.

Probably be best as the others more than likely wont be far behind and you would save on labour in the long run

If there are other bushes worn then I'd advise getting them all done together if you can as the other worn bushes will just put extra strain on the new ones.

How long would that take labour wise would you say and cost?

I'd say 2-3 hours including wheel alignment etc. The cost depends on who is supplying the parts and what the individual garage's labour rates are.

My advice would be to just change the two that you linked to above. The other bushes do not wear out very often in the Focus. Paying loads of labour for removing the rear subframe is unnecessary.

Cheap bushes are a waste of time. Genuine Ford bushes are the only ones to go for.
