The Halfords ones seem to be bad quality. That's my impression at least from looking at them in the shop. Their display ones are often faulty which doesn't bode well for them long term.

As Sids Not said your best bet is to try a Motor Factors, they might not have them in stock but you can order them, or try a site like Micks garage.

If I needed one I'd do what i did the last time and spent a month looking at them on donedeal, adverts.ie etc. I ended up with a Gedore trolley from the 60's or 70's, scratched and some dents but it works as good as the day it left the factory.

    Rathcoole,
    Co. Dublin.

I bought a 7 drawer cabinet for work, a meter by about a meter and a half, cost almost a grand.
Top quality stuff, you pay for it but it will last forever.

Heres a link to the PRO US mentioned in the post above, can be collected in dublin

Thanks very much for the replies, I didn't know that those cabinets could be so expensive! I'll keep an eye out on donedeal and adverts for second hand cheaper ones.
