Just wondering how cuts work. Lets say you are off 26 and you shoot 40 points..is that an automatic cut? It also seems like handicaps never go the other way..like if I play three sh1te rounds can I get shots added back to my hc? Do people give the card for every round they play into the club house for calculation purposes…
