    Hi all,

    I was recently reprimanded at a music festival for posession of something bold. I was advised by the DS man that nothing was going to come of it, that it was only a warning and there would be no day in court. However he did take some details and the bold stuff.

    Im not so sure whether to believe him, i was advised by a friend thet they usually say that it wont go to court to make the whole search and reprimand process easier and hassle free.

    Can anyone tell me if there is any way of finding out for sure if i should be expecting a summons for this, like a citizens inquiry or something like that. My head is wrecked not knowing.

    Just to clarify, i was in posession of a small amount(25e) of a MDMA.

    I'd take his word for what he said if he said that. You have no way of finding out, you will just have to wait and see. Unless you know what station he is based in.
