Ebay question

I've sold a few things on ebay lately and one guy bought 2 of the items for a total of about €350. Now he paid for one of them quick enough (about €100) but the other one he claimed he was having trouble with the invoice and has yet to pay 10 days later. I've sent emails asking if he has any trouble paying but hasn't replied. So I'm wondering should I hold on to the item he has paid for until I get paid for the other item aswell or should I just send whats been paid for an re-list the other one. Any advise appreciated.

If they have paid the item fully then send it. Since they are not responding to your emails in regards to the other item, you can report them to ebay for non payment, or open a dispute so you can reclaim the fees back.
I had one that couldn't pay or changed his mind (thankfully he was honest enough to admit this straight away) and I opened a dispute, the buyer agreed that he no longer wanted the item and I was returned the fees.

Once the dispute is closed then you can relist it again
