    Hi,

I've just been diagnosed coeliac and was wondering if anyone knows a good alternative to jacobs cream crackers. Any other info on how to manage my diet would be a great help too. Thanks

Dont know about cream cracker replacement but have you found coeliac.ie ( web site of The Coeliac Society of Ireland )?

If you join the society one of the things that you get is a copy of 'The Bible' ( .... list of gluten free food products...2012 issue lists some 'crispbreads' )

    Meanwhile why not browse around

Congrats at finding out ( it took me over 50 years....hope it took you less )

I've had a severe gluten intolerance for a few years - I find Tesco's GF section to be great. I get a box or two of GF cheese crackers in there every week (They are in a yellow box). Nice with a bit of cheese + ham and a cup of tea. Lots of chocolates, cakes, biscuits, breads (I reccommend Genius brown bread).

Pop out to your local Tescos and check out the GF section. :) Some Tescos have better ranges than others, so check around if there's more than one in your area. Trust me - it's ok to be coeliac these days, the range of food on average is ten times better than it was 5 years ago.
